Data protection

We are aware that the protection of your privacy when using our websites is important to you. We take the protection of your personal data very seriously. Therefore, we want you to know when we store which data and how we use it. With this data protection declaration we would like to inform you about our data protection measures.

Collection of personal data

In the following we inform you about the collection of personal data when using our website. Personal data is all data that can be directly or indirectly related to you personally, e. g. name, address, e-mail addresses, user behaviour. We process data according to DS-GVO Art. 6 Abs. 1 lit. a) b) c) f). This means that we only process personal data if we have obtained your consent (lit. a), if we are legally obliged to do so (lit. c) or if we have a justified interest in processing (lit. f), if we are required to do so in order to fulfil a contract or pre-contractual measures (lit. b). The relevant legal basis will be identified on a case-by-case basis.

When you contact us by e-mail or via a contact form, the data you provide us with (your e-mail address, possibly your name and telephone number) will be stored by us in order to answer your questions. We will delete the data that arises in this connection after the purpose of the request has ceased to apply. Depending on the type of request, we collect this data with your express consent pursuant to Art. 6 para. 1 lit. a) DSGVO, to process and fulfil a contract or pre-contractual measures pursuant to Art. 6 para. 1 lit. b) DS-GVO or in the case of a legitimate interest pursuant to Art. 6 para. 1 lit. f) DSGVO. The legitimate interest lies in answering enquiries and providing information about our products and services.
When using the website exclusively for information purposes, i. e. if you do not register or otherwise provide us with information, only the data transmitted by your browser to the server we use is collected. If you wish to view our website, the following data will be collected, which is technically necessary for us to display our website to you and to ensure stability and security. You also have the right to complain to a data protection supervisory authority about the processing of your personal data by us.Right of revocation or objection to the processing of your data If you have given your consent to the processing of your data, you can revoke it at any time. Such a revocation influences the permissibility of the processing of your personal data after you have given it to us.

Data retention

We store personal data as long as this is necessary to fulfil our contractual as well as pre-contractual and post-contractual obligations. This does not affect your right to deletion or restriction of processing. Furthermore, this does not affect our right to continue to store the data for legally compelling reasons (Art. 6 para. 1 lit. c) DS-GVO) or if there is a legitimate interest (Art. 6 para. 1 lit. b) DS-GVO). In particular, the examination and enforcement of claims for damages and other claims shall be considered legitimate interests. Log files that are necessary for the stability and security of the system are automatically deleted after four days.
